Tyrone died after being attacked by a mob of up to 20 youths in Beeston, Leeds, in April 2004. he
was stabbed three times and badly beaten with all sorts of instruments as well as being cs gased as
he and his friend Raffael Lovick, 18, were chased by a group of Asian youths.
They attacked a defenceless young man showing him not a shred of mercy or compassion. The gang
cornered Tyrone in Brett Gardens, Beeston, and attacked him with makeshift weapons, including
baseball bats, poles and planks of wood.
four men were found guilty of murder one is still on the run.

I can understand the judge's ruling but, from my point of view, as a mother, how emotional this
has been for me and my family, Tyrone's friends and the Beeston community, we feel that the
sentence they got, the years, was not enough. They should have had a minimum of 15, 20 years for
what they've done.
No matter what sentace they recieved my sentance is one that will last me the rest of my life !!!!!!

I didn't really no tyrone i use to see him around and at school and that...
but he was friends with some of my family...
it's soo sad that not only did this 'BIG GENTLE GIANT' have to be taken from our world but he got taken in such a horrfying way... the world and tyrones family and friends deserve to see that justice is got well the CORRECT SENTENCE is given to those ANIMALS.

Hi tyrone i dont know u but i seen it on the news about what happened to u i think its orfull the people who did this to u should be locked up for life im not to sure how long they did get but they took a young life so how ever long they got it wasnt long enough i wouldnt wish them dead because i wouldnt want them up there with u even though they will go in the other direction!! my brothers up there he will look after u well i say look after u but i bet ur taller than him ha ha but he will be there if u need owt!!!
